Denso Upgrade Story
DENSO the leading automotive and compressor producer and also censor for automotive has been work together with PowerTrain for their upgrading process to IATF 16949:2016
Held in Hotel Harris Summarecon Bekasi, PowerTrain was train about 60 staffs of Denso group on Understanding and 1st and 2nd party audit training.
IATF 16949 required for 1st and 2nd party audit training and trained with the competence trainer. Mr Daud Yogasara, Managing Partner of PowerTrain was trained by SMMT and also approve trainer for IATF appointed by SMMT. SMMT is on of oversight body from IATF. Located in UK. SMMT was accredited well known certification body URS and Lloyd for IATF 16949 certification.
Training was focus on process based auditing, product audit, process audit , system audit, risk based auditing process and core tools audit.
Training enhanced with case study to equip participants with understanding on manufacturing process which essential for 2nd party auditor.
This training was ended with examination for all participants.
