JVC Story on IATF upgrade
Kick off was held on 9 October 2017 attended by Top Management President Director Mr Ato, Factory Manager Mr Muramatsu and all department heads in JVC Kenwood, Surya Cipta Industrial Estate Karawang. This Kick Off was continue with Gap Analysis to identify the gap between the current system and IATF requirement. JVC Kenwood is no 1 in the world on producing car audio, Multimedia, and Navigation. Most OEM used their product and also some of well known audio maker use JVC Kenwood for their car audio. By this time , the up grading process still continue. The development of procedures was focus mostly on Warranty Management, Risk Management and also not to forget SPC, MSA, FMEA and APQP PPAP implementation.
